Steckline Communications is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager for their Garden City Cluster.

The successful candidate will:

* Have experience in making sure all radio operations run smoothly
* Have play by play and sports talk experience (both are a must)
* Regularly monitor station for quality control and presentation consistency
* Ensure station’s on-air production compliance with FCC guidelines and Company’s standards of performance
* Monitor all commercial, public service and promotional material (recorded and written to speak live or present on website) so that it meets the station’s desired standards and consistency of appearance
* Develop “image” and “usage” liners, IDs, and jingles to maximize on-air presentation.
