Sports Anchor/Reporter, Fresno, CA -- POSITION FILLED

#1 Post by Jon Chelesnik » Fri May 17, 2019 11:21 am

KMPH Fox26 Sports has an opening for a sports/anchor/reporter.

Can you craft stories about a young woman who has created a high school hiking team? How about showing us someone who kayaks challenging rivers, has bowled a series of 300-games, a 10 year-old soccer player who is averaging 10 goals per-game?

We tell stories, and we want to speak with you if you also do that.

The ideal candidate should have considerable live shot experience.

You will be required to produce daily content on a variety of platforms including the internet and social networks.

Please indicate in your cover letter you learned of this opportunity through Sportscasters Talent Agency of America.

Many online applications don't include a way to upload your demo. For a clever workaround, STAA members should visit the STAA Members site. In the Improve My Job Market Approach column, click Presentation.

This position opened when Nick King left the station for KTVK in Phoenix.
