Just Crush Sports (JCS) is a digital media organization that offers both audio and video production solutions for kids of all ages. Unlike our other competitive entities, JCS broadcasts all types of sporting events: U11 travel baseball, U12 travel softball, U13 travel lacrosse, college rugby, etc. Whatever you need, JCS will crush it for you!
We are in need of on-air commentators who have experience with both play-by-play commentary and field reporting.
Our product is predicated on reaching out to the parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. who want to watch or re-watch the games. As such, we do a lot of pre and post-game interviews for players on both of the teams, so our broadcast journalists need to be ready to go on-camera for multiple interviews per game. We utilize GameChanger for live statistics and box score updates when we broadcast youth baseball and softball games.
This is kind of a "one-man band" type of operation, although you'll sometimes have a color commentator to help you out with the flow of the broadcast. We usually cover "Championship Sunday" for the youth travel sporting events: semifinal and championship games.
