Do you have a passion for both news and sports and want to tell stories in South Texas?

KIII-TV in Corpus Christi, TX is accepting applications for a News MSJ/Weekend Sports Anchor.

Successful candidate will be a storyteller that is equally adept at shooting, writing, editing and fronting a high school sports story one day and then turning a compelling news package about a city issue the next.

This is a hybrid role, and we need someone who will embrace that job diversity with equal passion in both roles. In the fall, we produce a weekly high school football show called Sports Blitz. We need someone to co-anchor that show, shoot high school football, and front hyper-local sports packages from the studio on the weekend. Then they would also shoot, write, edit, and report live on high-impact news stories for 3 days during the week.
