WBIR in Knoxville has an opening for a sports MMJ.

SEC football and basketball are a big deal here but so are the often-untold stories from smaller colleges to high school to the local rec league. We look outside the lines in our approach to sports coverage.

The right person will be equipped to do it all: discover stories & write, shoot, and edit them for TV, web, and social.

Must be able to write, shoot and edit.

Please indicate in your cover letter you learned of this opportunity through Sportscasters Talent Agency of America.

Sadly, Sports Anchor Steve Phillips passed away in July after battling cancer.

Chierstin Susel (Arizona State) is a Sports Anchor/Reporter. She's been at the station for two years.

Louis Fernandez (North Carolina) is a sports reporter. He also joined the station in 2016.

Ever wonder what assistance STAA members are receiving besides job leads?

Take this short virtual tour of the STAA Members Site now to find out!
