NEW Radio and the Door County Daily News are looking to add to the NEW Radio Sports Network Broadcasting Team.

We need a person who wants to cover LIVE local Sports! In addition, we want someone who would like to be on the air on one of our five FM stations based in Sturgeon Bay, WI. This position is a full time position and requires selling sponsorships of Sports.

Experience is not required but you do need a passion to entertain and a love of our local sports!

Among other things, you will be responsible for . . .
* Being self-motivated, organized and managing yourself
* Your own “Live” show and podcast once per week
* Broadcasting and Reporting on High School Sporting Events
* Building Client Relationships while helping those clients grow
* reating Custom Digital Marketing Proposals and combining with traditional broadcast assets.
* Hitting your monthly sales goals

You will be trained by experienced broadcasters and Sellers who have spent a combined 60 years in the industry. You will be trained on equipment including Adobe Audition, Comrex, Skylla and Natural Log. You will also have access to The Swagger Institute, The WBA and RAB for training and sales resource purposes. You also have the use of marketing and sales training materials available from Instant Sales Training with Chris Lytle.
