- Coordinated the efforts of three full-time staff and five interns to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, including social media (#TraditionRoarsOn campaign), website, radio broadcasts and in-stadium video features

- Worked with WLU administration to create a comprehensive broadcast strategy that met the university’s budget and personnel needs as well as identified and created new content sources for revenue generation
- Radio play-by-play for 100+ basketball games, including 2014 NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball National Championship
- Developed curriculum for a new sports broadcasting class within the School of Communication
- Negotiated a full-season rights contract with ESPN3, the first of its kind for any Division II school in the nation
- Play-by-play for video streams of home games for women’s basketball, soccer, volleyball, wrestling and gymnastics
