In addition to his NBA experience, which includes the 2000 NBA Finals, he has worked with the NHL's Minnesota North Stars and has covered the NFL, Major League Baseball and Big Ten football and basketball. Twice named Indiana's Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association. Larry Burnett, Network TV Sports Broadcaster Coaching Specialty: TV anchoring, reporting, PBP Larry Burnett is a former ESPN SportsCenter and Prime Ticket/Fox Sports host and a former TV voice for the Los Angeles Lakers. He has anchored coverage for two Olympiads and hosted NBA Today and College Football Scoreboard. A two time Emmy Award winner, Burnett currently handles play-by-play for the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks.
