FOX34 News in Lubbock, TX is accepting applications for an MMJ.

This position will cover both sports and news.

Candidate must have proven news-gathering, writing, editing and video skills. Responsibilities include reporting on news that affects our area, high school and collegiate sports and producing content for web and social media.

Lubbock is a fast-growing metro of 325,000+ with a strong, stable economy. Cost of living is low. There's always something to do, including Big 12 Athletics, live music, plays, wineries and breweries, museums, art galleries, triathlons and 5Ks, and much more. Lubbock is home to Texas Tech University, 40,000 students strong with its own vibrant culture. Skiing is four hours west in the mountains of New Mexico, a weekend getaway to DFW or Austin is within driving range. And the airport flies direct to Dallas, Austin, Houston, Vegas, Phoenix and Denver.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
