KPNX 12News in Phoenix, AZ is accepting applications for a sport anchor.
Phoenix has teams in all four major sports, two Pac-12 college teams, and big time events like the Super Bowl, The Final Four and the NCAA College Football Playoff Games. Add in the fact we are also the home of 16 MLB Spring Training Camps, a major party of a golf tournament in the Waste Management Phoenix Open and beginning this year the finale of the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race.
We need a Sports Anchor who can share the excitement and emotion of these sports stories.
We’re seeking an independent, innovative storyteller who can shoot, write, edit, report, anchor, and produce memorable content across all platforms.
