KODE-TV has an immediate opening for a Sports Director.

The Sports Director will anchor the sports segments during our Monday through Friday newscasts and co-anchor our Friday sports show, KODE High School Game Night in the fall.

We are looking for a good story-teller who can cover memorable sports moments and critical sports news in addition to game highlights.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead and will plan with the sports department.

In addition to leading the sports department and anchoring sportscasts, the sports director needs to be able to shoot, edit, and write sports stories and highlights each day as well as maintain that content for our website.
