Thanks for this! As a really inexperienced broadcaster trying to learn the craft, while I "knew" a lot of this already, it's very helpful to see it all in writing and laid out like that. I will definitely be going over this w/all of our even greener guys at our campus radio station.

Also-it'd be great if there was a section for newbie learning, both so you guys don't get the continual "How do I learn how to do this/start a career?" posts, and so all the info you guys and this online community puts on here can be found more easily and not reposted over and over.
