Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. This shopping cart has been recognized as one of the most secure companies in N. America for the processing and storage of consumer personal and financial information. Our site uses PayPal to protect the security of your credit card and password information while we are processing your order.

How to Shop
1. When you find an item you want to buy, just click on the Buy Now button. It will automatically be placed in your shopping cart.
2. To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply click on the ‘remove’ check box for all items you want deleted from your cart and click the ‘update’ button.
3. When you have all of the products you want to purchase in your shopping cart, simply click on the Proceed To Checkout button to update your order and continue through the checkout process.
4. Important Note: The address information you provide for the Billing Address MUST exactly match the billing address on your credit card statement. Inaccurate address information may delay the shipment of your order.

How to Pay
STAA accepts Visa and MasterCard.The charge for your order will appear on your credit card bill as “Sportscasters Talent Agency of America”. For STAA Talent Page packages and related services, you providing your credit card information to STAA, either verbally or electronically, serves as permission from you for STAA to bill you according to the guidelines as outlined on the STAA website. The billing cycle begins upon acceptance of payment.

How to Change Your Order
STAA processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to: info@staatalent.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.

Order Status
Most orders are immediately delivered electronically upon processing of your order. You can check your order status by sending us an email at staatalent.com or call us at (949) 215-6713 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific time Monday through Friday.

USA / domestic shipping
STAA offers standard and Priority. Standard is typically a 3 to 5 day service via U.S. domestic mail. Priority is typically 2 to 3 day service via U.S. domestic mail.

Processing an order
Your order of in stock merchandise will generally arrive in 5-7 days. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Return policy
All sales of MP3s are final. STAA cannot cancel orders, accept returns or provide refunds on these products. For this reason, we recommend you carefully check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase. For portfolio orders, if you’re not completely satisfied, simply return your order within 14 days for a full refund, exchange or credit. STAA Talent Search packages and related services are non-refundable.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of California, except for its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be adjudicated in Orange County, California. The parties specifically exclude from application to the Agreement the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in a writing executed by both parties, by Your online acceptance of updated terms, or after Your continued participation in the Program after such terms have been updated by STAA. The failure to require performance of any provision shall not affect a party’s right to require performance at any Time thereafter, nor shall a waiver of any breach or default of this Agreement constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default or a waiver of the provision itself. If any provision herein is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. You may not resell, assign, or transfer any of Your rights hereunder. Any such attempt may result in termination of this Agreement, without liability to STAA. Notwithstanding the foregoing, STAA may assign this Agreement to any affiliate at any Time without notice. The relationship between STAA and You is not one of a legal partnership relationship, but is one of independent contractors.
