Joe Pete Jr, Sports Director and talk show host at ESPN 970 in Astabula, OH has died. He passed away Wednesday at Cleveland MetroHealth Medical Center. He was 45 years old.
According to the Ashtabula Star Beacon, Pete earned local fame for his commentary on “The Sports Report” radio show on Star 97.1. At ESPN 970, he also broadcast high school sports.
